Disappointed with service

I joined Weigh less in August 2013 and so happen to be sick thereafter so I did not attend any classes from then and during that time not once did I get a call or sms from my Group Leader to see if I am fine with the program so I laid a complaint in the Weigh Less website which i received an email apologising for the bad service, but still did not receive any response from the area leader. Yesterday i get am sms from the leader to ask if all is ok because it is a new month now and fees are due.
