Have been trying to resign membership since January 2013. Request entered on company website. No response until I phoned them today. Now they want proof from me that I submitted this request on their website since this is company policy for refunds.
I asked the dear lady who contacted me to visit the website, enter a request and then see if she gets a retainable acknowledgement
