I purchased an EGG PAN during February 2012 from Hypermarket Norwood Shopping Mall. After a few months, due to the fact that I nearly used the EGG PAN on a daily basis because its Neoflam Non-Stick Ceramic Coating cooks a "Frittata" which when translated from the Italian language means an "Omelette" to perfection, during September 2012 the handle came loose and by trying to fasten the handle back onto the EGG PAN, I cracked the bottom part of the handle. Since then, the handle could no longer be tightened to the EGG PAN and when I inquired with the supplier of the EGG PAN namely Tevo Jhb, if I could purchased a new handle, I was nicely surprised and grateful when Waseela Satar the Customer Service Administrator replied to my Emailed query by offering me a free handle for my EGG PAN. Thank you Tevo/Jhb for the free handle replacement which I will be collecting from their Midrand Branch/building tomorrow.
