I ordered a tefal actifry last week and it arrived 2/3 days later in an OPEN AND WET BOX. I emailed customer services and Delvin Maistry called immediately to sort the problem out. After checking with couriers he assured me it would be replaced on 14/12/13 before noon as I indicated this was the ONLY convenient time for me. It did not arrive. Called the call centre on tues 17/12/13 and fone just kept ringing. Person by name of Gloria kept cutting call and refused to give me her FULL NAME. Banged fone down on me. Mkululeko returned call and said he would check with couriers and let me know when to expect delivery. Never called back. Just got sms to say its with couriers. Now I guess they will deliver when I am not available and use me as the excuse for shoddy service. Its also ridiculously impossible to get through to call centre as the useless receptionists dont even pick up the fone!!! I demand that a new tefal actifry in EXCELLENT CONDITION be sent asap!!! Will never deal with DionWired again and I recommend nobody else does eithe
