After receiving poor service friday the 29th nov from the manager of the branch and making me as a customer feel like a criminal. Desiree took it upon herself to personally react and contacted me on the monday, and apologised for not contacting me on the saturday but she took it upon herself to sort the issue out, this is the type of person that should be the manager.
