I visited the Vodacom branch at Gandhi Square in Johannesburg. Upon arrival, i approched a staff member who was on his cellphone and not attending to any clients. After waiting for over five minutes, he finally acknowledged me and asked about my issue. He directed me to call 082 135 and continued with his phone. I found his behavior unprofessional and arrogant. As a customer service professional at Hollard, I was disappointed by this experience. Unfortunately the did not have a name tag.
