Many know this Mr Fox in the aviation business and he has a bad reputation going back 20 years, well I didn't know this and entered into a contract to get a helicopter (huey) from him and his company Select aviation/ former Garlick Helicopters type Uh-1H . He had his attorney Mr Charl Coetzee draw up a agreement whereby I was to deposit R650000.00 into Mr coetzees trust account (LOuw, Coetzee malan trust acc) and that the money would be used for shipping costs and vat. They heli would leave in September 2012, 90 days after the money was deposited into the account. I deposited the money in June 2012 as per the contract. As of today I still don't have the helicopter. I found out that the lawyer Mr Coetzee on instruction of Mr Fox paid over all my money to Mr Fox two days after I deposited it. This is as I never gave either one of them permission to do so and up to now the helicopter hasn't even been assembled yet in the USA let alone being ready for shipment?? I along with two other customers who have had the same committed to them have handed this matter over to the "Hawks" for criminal charges to be enforced.
