I have had a judgement loaded onto my name in regards to an account that was handed over to SD Coetzee. i am relieved to say that i have now paid this amount off and i would like to compliment the service i received.i was dealing with Amanda Mzamo for the past 2 weeks or so and regret to say that her service was rather frustrating.i dont believe Amanda was following company protocol by not getting back to me because from friday (31 may 2013) i was assisted by Cynthia van Ross and i would just like to say that her service was amazing.she was always so helpful when i spoke to her and always got back to me timeously which actually made paying this big amount of money a pleasant experience rather than a sad one because of her efficeincy and professionalism. this is not a complaint against Amanda but rather a compliment to Cynthia. Your fellow colleagues could really learn alot from you. SD Coetzee, if yourll want people to settle their debts, may i suggest employing more people like Cynthia...
