We put a pool in through Vesatile pools end October/November 2011.. Since October 2012 we have been trying to get Versatile Pools / Vaughn to repair the pool and to this date the pool is still not in working condition. Since October 2012 and after many calls & emails we finally got Vaughn to come through to check the pool in February 2013 in which he confirmed he checked everything and confirmed that the pool just had a leak. On the 28th February his guys finally came through & this was after many calls & emails again in which we finally got his confirmation that they would be there to fix the pool. On the 4th March 2013 after only coming to the house on 2 occasions, his guys asked us to ensure that the water level in the pool was full that evening & we did as requested & put the pool on the day afterwards. However, nothing was happening with the pool so, we tried to get hold of Vaughn to confirm that the pool was still not working and in one of his sms' he replied that "he promised the leak would be fixed and the pump is something else". So, to this date (19 March 2013 - 6 months later), we still do NOT have a pool we can use & at this stage the pool has become a mosquito heaven
