we have specifically & repeatedly reminded above persons (Email & verbal requests on collection) to return the new bit that was on the drill (Cost approx R 5 000). We are big clients & have been dealing with you over 15 years. Please check as we require the bit back as per our specific instructions prior to repair. Please check urgently & advise! Thank you
