We have a contract with Hilti that states, if one of our sanding machines breaks down, they need to come and collect the machine as soon as possible and within 5 days bring a lone tool in order for our workshop to carry on with production, should they not be able to repair our machine within 5 days. We have contacted them several times the past month to collect broken machines, but they never responded to our requests even though they confirmed telephonically, several times, that they will attend to the matter as requested. The contract also states that should a Hilti tool go in for repairs more than 5 times, they will replace the tool, however they never replace our tools even if the tool has been in for repairs more than 10 times.
We also feel that the tools that go in for repairs are never properly repaired, as the machines do not do a lot of hours then they break down again.
