Non - compliance in 'Terms & Condiitons"

Above supplier repaired Hilti Drill which was paid and collected in December 2012.On using the repaired drill, the drill bit kept popping out even though the hammer was repaired by above sypplier. Repair costs were - R850.00. The drill was used for the first time on the 17/12/12 since collected on the 15/12/12. The tool could not be used further. Supplier was closed for Christmas shutdown and reopened in January when tool was taken back to supplier on the 15/1/13. When Kevin was advised about the tool not working, he responded that the repairs MUST be paid for again. This is in total contradiction of the supplier's terms and conditions of trade. The hilti drill is still in the possession of Dynamic Electrical. The terms and conditions are as follows: "Claims will only be considered within three (3) months of the collection of the machine (s)/Motor (s) on work carried out."
