No feedback on credit dispute

Compuscan is so inefficient. I logged a dispute via email, it's 8 months no responce I was told in the email if I do not get a reply in 9 daysvto forwarsd a reply to an alternative email. it's 90days still that person has not replied. What' bad service for an urgent matter.
