Phumzile Thusi is incredibly rude, she keeps harassing me for money, I admit I do owe money for my credit card and have explained many times I am battling financially, she will not listen to me. I admit that I swore at her one time on the 31.01.2023 but she has accused me of doing it a second time which is not true. I may have gotten short with her but have not sworn at her previously. She has no understanding of a person's financial circumstances. I emailed her to apologize for using bad language due to being under extreme duress but she refused to accept my apology and said that she would take it further. I apologize for my part in this and am not in any way trying to get out of paying my debt, I owe the money and therefore need to find a way to pay it. But I take exception to being spoken to the way she spoke to me and although it doesn't excuse my swearing at her, she pushed me to that point.
