Motor Finance Corporation
Declined letter of hardship to MFC

To whom it may concern

I would like to file a complaint about the ignoring of my letter of hardship towards your bank regarding my outstanding balance of R9473.28 even though i explained that i have not been employed for the past 3 months. I even attached a payment schedule of how i was going to pay the outstanding debt withing 2 months, but that was also declined.

After that my car has been repossessed on top of me explaining to your credit controller (Tshepo Mzizi) and Bankcol Agent (Cecelia Niepage) that i have applied for Form 17.1 with Credit Counselling (a debt counselling company) which had contacted Willie from the MFC debt reviewing department and spoken to him. So I am not sure if the ignorance portrayed by these two agents is simply to get their profits on collecting my car and selling it in an auction when I am more than willing to meet a payment plan that is possible, effective and keep both parties happy.

I am extremely infuriated by this and the worst thing is that when my car was being collected on Saturday, out of shock and disbelief i handed it over to Cecelia from Bankcol who had no form of identification, company banding or etc

I am appalled by this service!
