Entered Absa Greenstone bank at 10am, it's now 11.10 and I'm still sitting in the queue waiting to get assistance
Only one consultant assisting over 20 people in the queue
Manager or supervisor busy sitting having conversation with her friend
Totally not acceptable
Nobody even updating us on what's going on
