Friday, 7th October.
I visited the clinic with my little sister and my mother, we followed normal procedure of taking red chairs and being seated in the que, my mother was refused a chair by the lady in charge of the station at this specific time simply because she was not a patient which made absolutely no sense because she was there on behalf of my little sister who has absolutely no idea what's going on with herself, fine no problem, my mother silently stood in the sun and when an announcement of having the necessary documents was made, my mother walked to us just to ensure that we have everything with us and this lady with understanding of the situation again rudely dissmises my mother, I immediately left the clinic and have never felt hurt.
For a clinic that I used to go to since I was a child, this is the last thing that I would have never expected.
The only thing that I have left to say is that she is a horrible human being with no way of speaking, communicating or understanding situations.
