On the 01/10/2022 I deposited R100 to the Hollywood account but it wasn't reflecting on my account, so I contacted them seeking help. They advised me that I should wait for 24 - 48 hours which I did. After the 48 hours timescale I contacted them again and I was told the same thing. I then reached out via email and Facebook and I was still advised of the same thing. Everytime when I chat or email them they ask for the proof of payment which I do send.
