Order was placed by Vulcania Reinforcing on the 12th of August 2022.
Our stores stock has arrived but not the special order, Vulcanias truck has been here numerous times.
Jeff Nell promised on Friday, 26/08/2022 to find out what or where the order is and to phone me back, I am still waiting.
Amelia at least told the truth on Friday, 26/08/2022 that Vulcania messed up with the paper work on their side but will also phone back.
Today, I phoned again, Amelia, 4 times, and all she can say is sorry, sorry does not get my brick force to my store, which I must still deliver to my client. My client is beyond upset.
Jeff promised a delivery for Friday, 2022/09/02 - as I told him, this is to late. Vulcania messed up not me
I phoned the office line and asked to speak to a sales manager, Kim was busy on the phone so I asked who is the branch manager, Adam and requested to speak to him.
The switch board put me on hold to find out if he can take my call, Mariska answered the phone and again I was transferred to Kim.
Kim took my cellphone number and was going to phone back immediately as the landline was bad, I am still waiting for phone call.
