Water interuptions for three months

I live at Farrarmere Country Estates in Taurus Drive. I am fully aware that the Northmead water tower has had problems BUT we have literelly not got water in the morning NOT A DROP FOR THREE MONTHS. The evening we are LUCKY if we have two mins of hot water. Please can you as the managers of the complex etc please look into this ASAP
