Unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor.
Where do I start? Having entered the company, you lose yourself with the face of the manager staring at you. and after that every 30 minutes interval pinging in group-chat about the status of your task. it is like you spend more time on group-chats than the actual work.
the line manager Kath probably the most inhuman person I've ever come across always looking for ways to screw people over.
from covering up sexual harassment to screwing people over with unexplainable deductions.
Overall it's very ABSOLUTELY disgusting,
