Several months ago, my husband was looking around for household insurance. He came across King Price Insurance and made enquiries. To my surprise, yesterday he received an sms from number 0788900162. I went on to read the sms and this is what it contained: "Darling, I have tried to get hold of u. Are you still interested? Ur quote awaits. Call me 0860505050. Ur secret admirer. King Price."
I would understand if the marketing strategy of the company was sexy, but I was on the website and that is clearly not the strategy.
SOMEONE from this company decided that they would rather have sex appeal in order to sell insurance. Whoever sent this sms, clearly would much rather be selling sex. I want this sms traced and I expect feedback. If this is the standard of King Price, then you better reconsider the type of people you have working there.
I do not expect a simple enquiry to turn into something sexual. How unprofessional and trashy!!! I am totally disgusted. I expect someone to provide me with feedback ASAP.
