I recently enquired with the Mercedes Benz head office about and order I placed for a car at a delaership some 8 months ago. The dealer is stating that the stumbling block is allocation from head office so I decided to make contact via the online customer service facility. It has been 4 working days already and as yet no feedback whatsoever. I do understand that everyone is busy but no feedback for 4 days (96 hours) I beleive is poor service. The dealer has no answers for me and it seems Head Office is not interested as well. This is truly dissapointing and being a long standing supporter of brand has really made me think about my future support. Anyway seeing that this company does not respond to complaints, I just wanted to air my views on the matter and will be changing brands very soon. Yes and you dont need my business as I am a small fish in the ocean but poor service like this will have an effect one day on your brand.
