The cubby hole has fallen out of my single owner Mercedes Benz C320CDI which is still under full warranty and Mercedes have the audacity and check to tell me that they will not replace it as it is not a warranty item. This is the first time in my life that I've ever had a car of ANY brand have a cubby hole fall out, regardless of vehicle age - not even my Hyundai purchased in 1997 and driven for 130, 000km had any internal issues.
How can a company that purports to manufacture luxury vehicles of high standard and quality possibly adopt such an attitude. I'm flabbergasted. Let this be a warning to others - DO NOT BUY MERCEDES-BENZ - they do not stand behind their products, they don't care about after sales service and they don't want your custom. They've certainly lost mine, permanently!
