Shocking client experience

Mercedes Benz Centurion service has been nothing but shocking and utterly disappointing. I bought a new car through this branch and traded in my old one. The experience leading up to the day when I collected the car was pathetic. To obtain quotes comparisons, feedback on progress was like they are doing me a favour.

Subsequent to collecting the vehicle a debit order was deducted from my old account, which shouldn't't have happened as the dealer should have settled the bank. I have brought this to their knowledge and up to this point nothing has happened.
This means I have effectively been overcharged by the dealer and they couldn't't be bothered.
All I want is my refund, my car registered and to cut ties with this Dealership.

You have certainly made sure that my next purchase will not be a Mercedes brand.
