Incorrect Billing and SMS harassment by SANRAL

To whom it may concern,

I would like to voice out my concerns about the SMS's that I have been receiving on my mobile number from SANRAL that I owe e-tolls. I have been threatened with legal action on numerous occasions.

1. I am currently residing in Cape Town and have not used any e-tolls since they became live.

2. The vehicle that SANRAL is querying about, already has an e-toll account.

3. The account has an available balance of R 118.63 and yet I have been accused of owing R 493.02

4. I have never received any detailed statements or invoices of any of the occurrences.

Please kindly assist or advise on how I can take on this matter with SANRAL. Thank you for your time and consideration.
