Threatening and confusing sms's

I am now getting annoyed with receiving sms's from SANRAL threatening that action will be taken against me if I do not settle my outstanding e-toll fees.

I called SANRAL Call Centre on 08 Jan after receiving sms's, one saying I owed R 504 and the other saying I owed R 1888.53. I requested detailed invoices to be send to me with explanations of the two amounts, however I only received one statement/invoice stating the R 504 amount. I went and paid that invoice on 16 Jan and was told that R 700 was outstanding and I requested for invoices to be forwarded to me in order to see what I will be paying for, as the agent at the Call Centre said she could not show me detailed invoices.
It does not make sense to me that between the 03rd December and first 2 weeks of January I could be owing SANRAL 3 invoices amounting to R 504, R 1888.53 and R 700.

Whenever you call the Call Centre, it is either the agents cannot give you explanations themselves or their system is very slow and cannot assist you and when you go to the outlets you wait an hour before you are assisted and even after that you do not get satisfactory answers. My concern is that SANRAL will mess up my credit profile over things
