Very bad service and rudeness of staff

We sent the TATA for the 1st service and it came back with more problems. Speedometer was faulty and there was problem with the back right tire. The second service they broke our side mirror! We took the TATA back yesterday so that the problems could be sorted out but still there are more problems. Worst is they contacted us to come and fetch the "finished" vehicle, but before we could get the vehicle we need to pay the money to them. We asked Suleika to send us the invoice around 3 o'clock. At 15:45 I phone again to follow up about the invoice - I held on for 15 minutes to speak to her because she first was not at her desk. Eventually after I spoke to her and asked her to send me the invoice before 16:30. I had to follow up again today about the invoice and then also the amounts that were different. She was so rude to me even though I asked her to send me the invoice again (because she allegedly sent it) then after a huge fight she said she will send it again and put the phone down in my ear. This is unacceptable! Not just her rudeness but also the fact that there are still problems with the TATA.
