Fed up and annoyed with incompetence

I am constantly bombarded with accounts, emails, sms for an e-toll account for a vehicle I sold over a year ago and have proof of change of ownership. I have emailed SANRAL and tried to contact the Toll Free Call Centre number but this has proven to be a complete waste of time. I have just received another SMS stating that legal proceedings will be taken against me if the accounts are not paid. The strange thing is I live and work in Cape Town and have not driven a vehicle anywhere remotely near Gauteng in over 20 years. I am absolutely fed up and what this sorted out by SANRAL ASAP. This is nothing more harassment and I wont put up with their incompetence.
