Im struggling since the day i emailed my forms to Moms UIF just to get out a response. I just get emails daying we will come back to you. I never receive emails on important information i require. Im going on maternity leave in a weeks time for a week and a half i still havnt received any emails or calls regarding if documentation is correct. I spoke to the receptionist on several occasions and they just say Anel is so busy and behind with her work. So nice hearing that from a company you need to trust with your money. If i dont get a response quickly or my money on time i will take this further and you know what i will do i have someone working for The Burger and i will put in a advert saying how pathetic there service is. One person working with everything but they just recruit clients the whole time and take there money.
