I received an invoices from SANRAL over the weekend, in fact three them with the discount date of the 17 January 2014. The bill includes 3 cars including one of the cars that I traded it for one of the 2 cars I currently own. The billing dates are wrong because half of december I was in mpumalanga and swaziland but I was still billed for the car. While I was on holding I received an SMS stating that I owe R1545.03.THIS IS THE MONEY I SHOULD BE SUPPORTING MY FAMILY WITH NOT PAYING FOR road that I pay levy in fuel and I pay the department of transport to use it every year now I have to pay 3 times the advertised rate just bcoz of a tag. I travel between jhb and pta everyday, I have to pay for petrol and still pay this ridiculous amount. SANRAL wants to milk us. It's now expensive to live in pta and jhb which means the prices of products will also rise and the suppliers will increase their prices because they want to recover the e-toll money. SANRAL I refuse to pay 3 times the advertised amount and I refuse to buy an e-tag. And I am going to vote for a party that is going to cancel the E-tolls. If I was DA or EFF right now I would use the cancellation of e-tolls to campaign.
