We are going overseas in a month or so and i have documentation that has to be send to me by courier. I have selected Nelspruit DHL to be my Branch of choice to have official documentation delivered to. Upon reconsideration i realized that it would cost me much more to travel to Nelspruit from Phalaborwa than what it would be if they send it to me directly. Unfortunately the documents were already on route and i could not change it. I then called the Office and spoke to the Owner/Manager and what a pleasant and helpful person she is. Her name is Helen Bullen. She immediately put me at ease and said that she will have the documents send to me in Phalaborwa. it was no effort or trouble for her to help me and to keep the excitement going for our first international trip.
