A year and a half ago we bought 2 King mattresses at show price of R10k from Ryan. He assured us that if we wanted the foam changed at any time in a 6 month period he will do it which he did. 4 months ago we bought a queen extra length from him and believed that should there be any issues with the bed he would assist with changing it as he assured us. Sleeping on the mattress, we realised that this gradually got softer over the months causing back ache. It felt like we were sleeping on the base of the mattress. This mattress is to prevent backaches. We asked for him to make this the same as the other 2 beds and evidently it wasnt. We asked for him to take this back and correct it to be the same as the other 2 beds. First they used delay tactics saying the decision maker is in hospital. Then they refused to change it saying that we had 2 months to change it. Nowhere on the invoice or any terms of agreement signed with them is there a stipulated 2 month exchanged agreement. There is a 10 year warranty which also means nothing to this company. If they can treat customers that bought over R30k worth of beds from them so poorly I cant imagine what they do with other customers. Dont buy!
