My iPad had been from my house. Monday 11th of February I submitted outstanding documents to Helen in order for her to action my claim. A very short while later, Helen called to say that the claim had been approved and that the supplier would contact me within 48 hours. To my surprise I was contacted the following morning and told that my new iPad is ready for collection!!
I then realised that there was an error with the claim, but this was due to me giving incorrect information. Needless to say, within 1 business day Helen was able to sort it out and it!
