Tofelberg sells faulty products & no returns!!!

I bought a new refrigerator for my tenant. It didn't work from day one. Have tried to get it replaced so many times I can no longer count. Tofelberg keeps giving me B.S. excuses as to what to do and whom to phone. This is not customer service. This is lousy service. Don't shop there.
