Within hours after posting my complaint on HelloPeter I was called by both Corne from Tafelberg furnishers and Melanie form Defy. The faulty fridge was replaced with a new one the same afternoon! Now that is what I call service. Now please ensure that the people in your different branches have the same attitude towards customer care.
