I have not been able to submit my car's pictures since the 1st of December 2013 due to not being able to log in with my pin number. When I try to log in I get a big red notice stating that my account has been cancelled with no notification or explanation supplied. This resulted in no payment for advertising as contracted with the Satinsky Group for the past 3 months. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but has not been successful. No response on 4 tickets logged on their help line and their telephone numbers are 'not in service'. I will appreciate any help I can get to make contact with the company involved and resolve this problem
