At the beginning of February, our 18 month old 51inch Samsung Plasma TV packed up. After getting it repaired, it was still not working and now needed a new screen. At end-February, after invention by Corne Heil of Tafelberg Furnishers, Samsung promised the part would be delivered to the repair shop by end-March, and committed to pay for the repair themselves.By 20 April the part had still not arrived. One cannot get hold of anyone at Samsung and after much frustration for both parties involved, Corne arranged for a new TV from Tafelberg. THUMBS UP TO TAFELBERG AND CORNE HEIL and a big raspberry to SAMSUNG. Last appliance we ever buy from them.
