I received exceptional service from Pieter De Klerk and his manager Louis. I was looking for a new car and tried all major dealerships but no one responded to any of my queries. Kia Motor the Glen was the first and up to date the only ones. After I received my car on saturday I phoned Pieter on the monday complaing of a noice whenever I used the break. Pieter immediately arranged for my car to be picked up from my work place to check out what might be the problem. I received numerous phone calls from Pieter and Louis during the day advising what the status of the matter is. At the end of the day they went the extra mile and assured me that nothing was wrong with the car. They removed and double checked every thing but nothing was wrong. I received my car back on the same day. Thank you for making my experience of buying my first car a fantastic one. I would recommend you guys any day for any one!
