Lying to clients and late delivery

Sunday afternoon I was in Atteridgeville, Pretoria at about 15h00 I called BMW assist call centre based Midrand for assistance regarding a non-repairable tyre change. The consultant indicated that he will locate a technician to assist, and also call me back in 10 minutes to advice. He also indicted that the turnaround time is 2 hrs. I agreed to that.
Then he called me and hour later telling me that the technician was in Midrand no tyre found but they located a tyre in Zambezi BMW. He indicated that he will call and advice when will they get back to me. Two hours later I called to find out what the delay is. Then I spoke to the other consultant, then I was told that the technician is 10 minutes away to where I had break down. I should wait.
I was sitting with a child age 4 years sitting there whole day, crying an hungry. Three hours later I called spoke a lady which indicated that that was a all what was told. The was no tyre at Zambezi, the technician drove to Midrand and fetched the tyre. Then he only arrived at where I was around 20h30. It was late by then with child in an unsafe area. I wrote BMW on Monday still no response from them
