On 12 July I went in to Maxiprest, since the tyre that I had ordered, Bridgestone Turanza 225/50/R17 had eventually came, or that was what I was told.
I went into the shop to get it, and again I asked whether they had the correct tyre, as a customer is not allowed in where they fit it.
I payed the quoted price, and as I was about to leave I took a look and saw that they had put a different tyre on my car than the Turanza.
I needed a spare wheel and said that I would only keep it in my boot while they ordered the correct tyre, that is where the tyre is now.
I again gave them time to contact me that the tyre was here, since they never phone back even though I repeatedly give them my number.
I called back about 10 minutes ago, and it turns out that no one ever ordered the tyre.
I am getting fedup with the low quality of service from them and will probably end up taking them to court if they do not rectify their mistake soon.
