I bought a red 1 series BMW and was informed that it was in good condition when it was sold to me. however the left rear tyre kept loosing pressure. After numerous visits to petrol stations i took the vehicle, at own cost to Hi-Q Monument Park on 24/3/2013 and was advised that the tyre was previously repaired hence it was losing pressure because the repair. I was never advised of this problem when the vehicle was sold to me. Mean while I was driving with a tyre that is constantly losing pressure because of the nature of the damage thereto.

This has endagered my life and is very bad service. As a consumer, they were supposed to inform iof any damages to the goods sold to me. I spoke to the Sales Manager who advised me that they can only repair the tyre as they have a warranty on the repair. I don't want to keep repairing the tyre because its a waste of my time and money, considering that i advised that the vehicle i bought had no defects.

I want the damaged tyre to be replaced with a new tyre failing which i will cancel the transaction and financial agreement based on misrepresentation.
