On the 1 November 2013 I lodged a complaint on the 10 month old vehicle that I had with Hyundai South Africa, whilst the vehicle had been taken in to the repair centre at Cresta based on the initial complain the computer box had to be replaced twice, this is while the vehicle was with the dealership. My complaint that I had sent to Sibusiso requested that based on the considerable complaints that we have had the the vehicle be substituted or uplifted, to this day I have not heard from the customer care department where Sibusiso is employed, clearly service is not at the fore front of Hyundai South Africa's agenda.
