My car (i10) radio has been giving me problems since when I bought the car (the radio freezes and loses all data), Hyundai Wonderboom failed to get this resolved
My car still has maintenance and warranty as it is just over a year old, so I can't understand why the Radio won't be replaced.
To make it worse, my car is leaking oil now too and they said they will check the warranty and let me know when I must come in, that's more than a week and half ago.
I have sent emails a week ago regarding the Radio and the Oil Seal, but no one has replied.

I have been to the Hyundai Wonderboom branch a number of times, and every time I have to take leave from work to try and get this sorted... I would honestly like some sort of compensation from Hyundai SA for this as it is frustrating. I have also contacted Hyundai Head Office and spoken to Roberto Germani (Customer care) without any feedback.
It seems no one at Hyundai (south Africa) wants to assist me, I think the customer service is pathetic at this point.

I would just like to put it out there, DO NOT BUY THE HYUNDAI I10, it's just problems after problem... this is the first and Last Hyundai I will ever purchase.
