The driver door of my car refuses to open every time it rains!!!
The brand new car that I purchased in June 2013 is not even a year old and to date I have experienced nothing but problems.
When calling Imperial Toyota, I was told that Wayne Radford has left and I would need to provide proof of the problem I experience or it cannot be fixed.
Well I hope a video helps as I have now had enough. Toyota is not at all what it used to be and this is quite sickening.
Concerning staff: I have been humiliated as a woman when mentioning that things are not working, been given a gift basket of old rotten fruit and money has even been from my car when it was once returned but nothing is ever done about the problem.
With regards to the car: When I received the car, the speedometer was not working when the car was being driven below 60, I waited almost a month for my boot spoiler to be fitted and the inside car light did not work when the back door was opened. And every time it rains, my driver door refuses to open.
Can Dr Johan Van Zyl please do something, seen as his staff cant!!!
