No service what so ever from Hyundai Customercare

A client of mine was charged R5, 657.82 by Hyundai Pinetown to repair the suspension on his vehicle which Hyundai said was accident related. The said damage was confirmed not accident lated by the panel beater and after submitting the relevant documents twice to their so called Customer Care Agent, Sibusiso Sibanyoni, with copies to the National CC manager Max Germani and no valid responce received.
