My Terios was taken in on 08 Jan 14. I was promised to have my car back within two weeks if parts. Received a sms in the afternoon, confirming completion of job would be 17 Jan 14.On the 17th I get told that they are still waiting for one part, and get a new sms confirming completion would be 24 Jan 14. On the 24th I get told that they are still waiting for one part, and get a new sms confirming completion would be 31 Jan 14. On the 31st I get told that they are still waiting for one part, but they will start the spray work on the Monday 03 Feb 14, and get a new sms confirming completion would be 07 Feb 14.I phone and they tell me the date is only an estimation, they spray on Monday and if worst com to worst they will be finished on Wednesday 05 Feb 14. This mornig Wednesday 05 Feb 14 they tell me they are definitely going to sparay this morning and hope the two parts is delivered today. I need to phone them to follow up every time, up to this day I only received one call from Automagic, after I phoned my insurance.
