Good day
I have finished my degree with Unisa in December 2012. I am waiting for confirmation of completion of my degree which should have been available today.
On there website they state that it will be available on the 31 January 2013. When I looked this morning nothing was available.
I tried to phone the number but its busy so i phoned another department which gave me 2 other numbers to phone.
When I asked the lady if she can tell me when will we receive confirmation of our completion of degree she told me that Unisa is only going to start on the 7th of February to audit us again and then from there on they will send it out.
I cant wait this long as my employer is requesting this from me and i would like to do my SAIPA and without proof of completion i cant register there.
Why is everything need to be such a long very very long prosess for Unisa.
Why cant they understand that we need confirmation of completion when we want to study further and so forth.
I need a response urgent from them.
