I paid the full excess on 9 Jan 14 to book my vw polo for 20 Jan 14, to allow early order of parts (left rear light lens & left side mirror). Further repairs were to rear bumper (repair scratches & spray) and left front panel (repair dent & pray). Vehicle was delivered to workshop 08:00 on Monday, 20 Jan.By Wednesday 16:30 the bumper was tripped and primer coated on left panel.By Friday 15:00, the left panel & bumper was sprayed, but bumper not mounted. Monday 27 Jan the bumper was mounted but neither the mirror nor lens was replaced ("They sent us the wrong parts"... even after 2.5 weeks). The courtesy sms indicated estimated completion to be 23 Jan & I'll be advised of delays. I was never informed of any delays. After 3 personal visits to check progress no efforts were made to keep me updated nor try to obtain the correct parts. Warren's excuse is he is not responsible for the parts. I went out of my way to allow early order of parts & completion of the work, only to get slow service and zero feedback.
