I had my car serviced in November 2013, after a month I discovered that the oil wasn't change as it show that is should switch off the engine and check the oil.
When I'm checked it I found out that the oil is very low and its dark, I try to fill it up but it didn't help, I called Audi newcastle for help, where I was told that the oil needs to be changed. I bought a new oil and I changed it.
It came to my attention that the covers underneath the car wasn't removed as the cable-ties and screws that I used to hold the cover were still the same way I put them, which mean the old oil was not changed
I reported the issue at audi the glen and we agreed with the service manager that we going to view the footage. On the agreed date I was told that the footage is with VW, they will let me know when they have it. After two weeks I was told that the footage is not clear and it didn't record everything on the day of service, therefore they can't refund me
In my personal view they have viewed the footage and find out that the service wasn't done properly, and what's the point of having cameras if they will record half day.
